The ZONESUN automatic mailer box folding machine is designed for automatic box opening, transferring and forming of mailer boxes, cardboard trays and similar packaging boxes. Servo motors, PLC and touchscreen control provide automatic operation at 20-30 boxes/min with real-time speed and production counting. Different box sizes can be changed by adjusting the machine without replacing molds, making multi-size production easier. The machine uses a SUS304 stainless steel cover and includes no-product waiting, incorrect loading stop and motor overload protection. It can work alone or connect with filling, labeling, coding, weighing and other production equipment. Hot melt glue sealing and an upward-opening safety cover are optional.

Machine Detail
The PLC touchscreen displays working speed, production count and machine status, while servo motor control makes machine adjustment and operation easier.
The suction structure automatically picks flat box blanks and transfers them into the forming process for continuous production.
The box positioning structure can be adjusted for different box sizes without replacing molds, making specification changeover faster.
This station opens and shapes the bottom section of the flat box blank to form the main box structure before side folding.
The side folding units fold the box panels and insert the paper tabs into the corresponding slots to complete the mailer box forming process.

Q1. What types of boxes can this machine fold?
The machine can be used for mailer boxes, cardboard trays and other similar folding box structures. We recommend providing box samples or drawings to confirm compatibility.
Q2. Do I need to change molds when changing box sizes?
No. For box sizes within the machine's adjustable range, the related structures only need to be adjusted without changing molds, making changeover easier.
Q3. What happens if the product does not arrive at the correct time?
The machine will not push when the product supply is missing or not in position. Production can resume automatically after normal product supply is restored.
Q4. Can the boxes be sealed with hot melt glue?
Yes. A hot melt glue system can be added when the box design requires glue sealing instead of or in addition to tab folding.
Q5. Can I connect it with my existing packaging machines?
Yes. It can be connected with filling machines, bottle packaging lines, labeling machines, coding machines, online weighing equipment and other upstream or downstream machines.
