The automatic desiccant inserting machine places desiccant packets into bottles — one per cycle, at speed, without manual handling between the filling and capping stages.
Nutraceuticals, food, pharmaceuticals, electronics — any bottled product where moisture accumulation during storage is a real failure mode rather than a theoretical one. A desiccant that ends up in the wrong bottle, or missing entirely, isn't caught until the product fails in the field.
The machine integrates directly with filling, capping, and labeling systems — running as part of the line rather than as a separate manual station inserted between automated stages.
