The ZONESUN carton labeling machine is designed to apply folded labels onto flat, unformed corrugated cardboard sheets before they are folded into cartons. Featuring a dual-head labeling system, it can apply two labels simultaneously with a speed of 50–100 pieces per minute. The machine is equipped with an automatic stacking feeder to separate and feed stacked sheets efficiently, ensuring continuous operation. With high labeling accuracy of up to ±3 mm and customizable feeder and conveyor widths to match different sheet sizes, and an optional adjustable speed control for the labeling conveyor belt to match different production requirements, the ZONESUN carton labeling machine offers flexible integration with carton erectors and sealing machines, making it an ideal solution for automated carton packaging lines.
