The ZONESUN liquid sachet packing machine is a dual-lane automatic packaging system designed for single-dose liquid and cream products from 1–12 ml, such as serums, facial creams, cleansers, hair oils, and travel-size cosmetics. It automatically completes feeding, dosing, pouch forming, filling, sealing, cutting, with optional coding and easy-tear functions. Using pneumatic ceramic piston pumps with anti-drip valves, it handles both medium- and high-viscosity products while preventing seal contamination. Product-contact parts are made of 316 stainless steel. A level sensor automatically signals the optional piston feeding pump for material replenishment, while the pressurized hopper ensures stable supply. Servo-driven film feeding delivers consistent sealing quality. Available in 2, 4, 6, 10, or 12-lane configurations, the machine supports four-side, three-side, or back sealing. Equipped with a Siemens PLC featuring recipe storage, self-diagnostics, and alarm functions, it achieves 60–100 sachets per minute and is suitable for cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, and explosion-proof production environments.
