The ZONESUN box overwrapping machine is designed to wrap products such as boxes with transparent film for protection and enhanced appearance. It can be integrated into production lines to complete automatic feeding, box lifting, horizontal pushing, film wrapping, edge folding, six-side sealing, and finished product discharge, minimizing manual labor. The machine handles product sizes of 55–300 mm (L), 30–200 mm (W), and 15–100 mm (H), with customization available.Driven by a servo motor, it achieves speeds of 60–90 boxes per minute. It supports double-side heat sealing BOPP and PVC films, with optional tear tape for tamper-evident packaging. By heating only specific sealing points, it is more energy-efficient than shrink wrapping.A key advantage of this model is its high compatibility and fast changeover capability. When switching between different product sizes, fewer mechanical components need to be replaced compared with many similar machines on the market, significantly reducing downtime and improving overall production efficiency.Widely used for perfume boxes, cosmetics, skincare products, DVDs/CDs, and playing cards.
