The ZONESUN automatic t-corker is designed for inserting bar-top (T-shaped) stoppers into bottles, widely used in packaging spirits such as whisky and gin. It features a vibratory bowl with a guide chute to automatically orient and feed stoppers to the capping position, with special treatment to prevent surface scratching and an optional noise-reduction dust cover. The machine adopts a top belt pressing structure for stable insertion at speeds of 900–1500 bottles per hour. A vacuum pick-and-place system assists stopper feeding, combined with a lubrication mechanism to ensure smooth pressing and prevent cork deformation or damage. The working height is adjustable for different bottle sizes, and the conveyor height can be customized for seamless integration into automated production lines.
