The ZONESUN mayonnaise sachet packaging machine is a vertical form fill seal (VFFS) solution designed for thick and viscous products such as mayonnaise, ketchup, jam, peanut butter and other sauces. The machine integrates film unwinding, pouch forming, accurate filling, heat sealing and cutting in a continuous packaging process. Equipped with an optional servo-driven rotor pump, it provides stable dosing performance for high-viscosity materials. The 50L U-shaped hopper with optional mixing function helps prevent product buildup and maintains material consistency during production.
