Refund policy
If you are dissatisfied with the goods purchased from ZONESUN, you may request a return within 7 days after receiving the product, provided that the following conditions are met.
Return Conditions

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. The product must remain new, unused, and free from any damage. All original labels, accessories, manuals, certificates, invoices (if applicable), shipping documents, and any promotional gifts included with the order must also be returned together with the product.

Once ZONESUN receives the returned product and confirms that the product, accessories, labels, invoices, and gifts (if any) are complete and in good condition, the refund will be processed accordingly. If the returned product does not meet the requirements of this return policy, ZONESUN reserves the right to refuse the return or refund request.

If invoices, accessories, or gifts are missing, ZONESUN reserves the right to deduct the corresponding market value of the missing items from the refund amount. Failure by ZONESUN to request the return of certain materials or to deduct their value shall not be considered a waiver of any rights.
Technical Support Cooperation
Before any return or refund request is approved, customers must cooperate with our technical support team for troubleshooting and diagnosis. Our technical team may provide instructions to help verify product setup, operation, or installation. Customers are required to follow reasonable troubleshooting steps provided by our support team. Failure to cooperate with technical support or to provide requested information may affect eligibility for a return or refund.
Operational Evidence Requirement
If a customer claims that a product is not functioning properly, ZONESUN may require the customer to provide clear video evidence showing the product setup, wiring, operation process, and the issue encountered. This information helps our technical team evaluate the situation and determine whether the issue is related to product defects or improper use. Without sufficient information for technical assessment, the return or refund request may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Products
The right of return does not apply to the following types of products:

Personalized or customized products, such as products engraved with customer initials or specially customized according to customer requirements.

Any other products that are clearly stated as non-returnable at the time the order is placed due to their nature.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@zonesuntech.com. When submitting a return request, you may be required to provide the following information:
(i) Description of the product you wish to return
(ii) Order number
(iii) Your contact information and return shipping address
(iv) Photos or videos of the product for preliminary evaluation of its condition
If the return request is approved, the ZONESUN customer service team will provide detailed return instructions, including the designated return address and shipping requirements.
Unless otherwise specified, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. ZONESUN is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return shipment if such damage or loss is not caused by ZONESUN.
Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
After receiving the returned goods and confirming that they meet the return conditions, ZONESUN will process the refund as soon as possible. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider. In most cases, it may take an additional 7–14 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
