The ZONESUN automatic denesting machine is used to remove prefilled syringes from nest tubs and transfer them one by one to the next production stage. It is suitable for BD, BG, SCHOTT, SCF and other prefilled syringe formats, with custom solutions available for special specifications.The machine is manufactured with a SUS304 stainless steel frame, while product-contact parts are made from SUS316L stainless steel and medical-grade silicone materials to meet pharmaceutical production requirements. A PLC control system and touchscreen interface allow operators to monitor machine status in real time, while automatic fault detection and alarm functions help simplify daily operation and maintenance.Designed with a modular electrical structure, the denester can be used as a standalone machine or connected directly to a syringe filling and stoppering line. For applications requiring a higher level of cleanliness, an optional Grade A laminar flow hood can be added.
