The ZONESUN vial sterilization tunnel is designed for continuous drying and high-temperature sterilization of glass containers such as pharmaceutical vials and oral liquid bottles. Glass bottles are transferred through preheating, high-temperature sterilization and cooling zones by a metal mesh conveyor with continuously adjustable speed. Far-infrared quartz heating tubes provide fast heating and uniform temperature distribution. The temperature can be set, displayed and automatically recorded for production records. A Class 100 vertical laminar flow system is used in the cooling zone to maintain clean conditions after sterilization. Built with SUS304 stainless steel and designed according to GMP requirements, the tunnel can connect with vial filling and crimping machines for continuous production.

The control system allows operators to set and monitor the working temperature, with automatic temperature recording for later production checking.

Glass bottles travel continuously through the tunnel on a metal mesh conveyor, and the conveyor speed can be adjusted continuously within the set range instead of using only fixed speed levels.

The tunnel includes preheating, high-temperature sterilization and Class 100 laminar flow cooling for continuous vial processing.
