The ZONESUN gummy pouch packaging machine is designed for packaging light, free-flowing products such as tea leaves and non-sticky candies. It uses spiral feeding system combined with a 3-head electronic weigher, allowing single or alternating discharge for both single and mixed materials. Controlled by a PLC touchscreen, users can easily set filling weight for accurate dosing (±0.5g). The machine completes pouch feeding, opening, weighing, filling, and sealing, with an optional coding system for date or batch printing. All product-contact parts are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel. It supports various pouch sizes (5×7 cm to 20×30 cm), including stand-up pouches and pre-opened zipper bags. With a modular design, the weighing and packing units can operate independently or together. Operating at 15–25 bags per minute, it features 25kg*3=75 kg hoppers (customizable) for smooth material feeding.
