The ZONESUN syringe filling line is used for producing prefilled catheter flush syringes and other plastic prefilled syringe products. It handles feeding, assembly, siliconization, filling, cap feeding, capping, and reject removal automatically, reducing the need for manual operation during production. Depending on the product specification, output can reach 1,800–2,400 syringes per hour. During filling, the syringes are turned over and filled from the tip side, which helps leave less air inside the barrel and improves filling consistency.Ceramic piston pumps are used for accurate dosing and long service life. The siliconization unit adopts Japanese micro-spray valves to achieve stable coating on syringe barrels from 3–20 mm in diameter, without splashing or leakage.The parts in contact with the product are made from SUS316L stainless steel and medical-grade silicone, while the main machine structure uses SUS304 stainless steel. Optional features such as automatic liquid supply and a Class 100 laminar flow hood are available for higher cleanliness requirements.

The syringe is inverted before filling, allowing the product to be filled from the syringe tip to minimize residual air inside the barrel. Ceramic pump provides accurate volumetric filling.
Manufactured from polished SUS316L stainless steel, the vibratory bowl automatically sorts and supplies caps without creating difficult-to-clean dead corners.
