The ZONESUN double heads auger filling machine is designed for accurate and efficient powder dosing using a dual screw filling system, ensuring high precision and stable output. It is ideal for free-flowing powders such as cocoa powder, matcha powder, protein powder, spice powder, talcum powder, and acrylic powder. Equipped with a screw feeder and a 150L large hopper, it enables continuous material supply, while the built-in mixing function prevents clogging and ensures smooth filling. All contact parts are made of food-grade 316 stainless steel for hygienic production. By changing auger sizes, the machine supports flexible filling ranges from 5g up to 5000g. It can be integrated with capping and labeling machines for automated production lines. An optional vacuum dust removal system improves the working environment, and ZONESUN also offers powder mixers for pre-processing to achieve uniform blending.
