The ZONESUN Automatic Powder Packaging Line ties several stages together, continuous feeding, controlled mixing, precise dosing, automatic bag forming and sealing into one production run.
Powder gets conveyed to the mixer first. Internal agitator blends it, then the finished mix moves to the filling stage for dosing and packaging. Auger filling handles a fairly wide range of free-flowing and powdery materials. The VFFS unit takes it from film forming, filling, sealing, bag cutting, all automatic.
Each stage is coordinated, material handling stays automated, and manual intervention drops considerably across the process, which tends to translate into steadier output over a production run.

Regulates material flow inside the feeding system. Position adjusts by rotating the control knobs—operators fine-tune discharge this way, keep the feed steadier over a run.

Horizontal, dual-ribbon design. Blends compatible powders and granules before filling. The two ribbons keep material moving continuously inside the barrel, which helps the mix come out more even and filling results stay closer together batch to batch.

Reads registration marks on the packaging film, sends positioning signals to the film feeding system. Sensitivity is adjustable, so it adapts across different film materials and print conditions—useful when switching between film batches mid-run.

Controlled heat and pressure form the seal. Temperature adjusts from the control panel, set according to whatever film is loaded. Back sealing, three-side, four-side—configuration changes depending on the packaging spec at hand.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What products can this line handle?
Dry powders mostly, plus compatible granules. Flour, seasoning powder, spice blends, coffee, nutritional powder, grain powder—that general category of food ingredients.
2. Can different powder ingredients be mixed before filling?
Yes. The mixing system blends compatible powders before they reach the filler. Helps the mix come out even, keeps filling weights closer together.
3. How does the auger filling system work?
A rotating screw controls how much powder goes into each package. Filling parameters adjust based on the product and the target weight.
4. Can it handle different bag sizes?
Yes, within the range the selected machine configuration supports. Bag dimensions and filling parameters get set accordingly.
5. What packaging film works with this line?
The VFFS unit runs on compatible heat-sealable films. Best to confirm film specs against material, thickness, bag size, and sealing needs before ordering.
6. Can the sealing method be customized?
Yes—back sealing, three-side, four-side. Depends on the bag style and packaging material you're working with.
7. Can feeding and mixing capacity be adjusted to spec?
Yes. Configuration depends on material characteristics, batch volume, and target production speed.
8. What should I provide before ordering?
Product type, powder characteristics, formula, target filling weight, bag size, film type, required output, preferred bag style. Samples of the product or film help too—useful for testing and configuration.
9. Can the machine be tested with my product first?
Recommended, especially for mixtures with varying particle size, flowability, moisture content, or bulk density. Testing narrows down the right mixing, feeding, and filling settings.
10. Is the whole process automatic?
Feeding, mixing, transfer, dosing, bag forming, filling, sealing, cutting—all automated. Manual steps drop out almost entirely across the line.
